Nuaj a very reliable and performing SAL glider.
The Nuaj is extremely well suited for flaps.
It allows it to be very efficient in all flight phasis :
- neutral => very low drag to climb high with the SAL;
- 3 mm down => best glide ratio;
- 5mm down or more => slow speed and minimum sink rate.
Components description
The wing weights about 150 g, and is made in a mould with polystyren cores
covered by carbon fibre.
The elevons are pre-cut
The fuselage weights about 60gr.
The tail is not supplied : you have to built it (balsa structure). The drawing is inclued in the instructions.
The servos plate and the joints ball are supplied.
The NUAJ basic kit : wing, cone nose, nose fuselage, fuselage beam, servo trail, ball links, building
instructions and stab drawing.
Nuaj decoration
The Nuaj is bicoloured : a yellow base and another colour to choice.
The colours avalaibles are : orange, red, pink, green,
light blue, dark blue, milka (light purple), dark purple.
